Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aunt Bonnie's Books & Gifts. We want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for everything you need to know about how we handle and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements — every purchase ships free.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at auntbonniebooks@gmail.com.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at auntbonniebooks@gmail.com or +1 (406) 443-3093. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been handed to the carrier.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend checking your tracking information for updates, checking with neighbors or your local post office, and contacting us at auntbonniebooks@gmail.com so we can investigate.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at auntbonniebooks@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


9. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on how to initiate a return. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
